My legs were in such an indescribable amount of pain that I was waking up all through the night. I could barely roll over and get comfortable in bed without wincing and groaning. Tried to stand up when I woke up and my calves were NOT having it, at all. However, once I got up and started walking around, my legs would feel a little less stiff and a little less sore. I definitely was not walking correctly today, though. Had to do quite a bit of walking, which wasn’t exactly what I like to call fun (gotta love college campuses)… definitely took elevators instead of stairs whenever possible. Needless to say I didn’t do the Cardio Power and Resistance workout today, not that I would have had much time to do it today anyway. I’m just going to follow what most forums say and pick up with it tomorrow. Plus, I’m finally going to start abiding by the nutrition plan after I finally go food shopping tomorrow and pick up some essentials! :) I’m planning (aka hoping) to stick with this, despite this crazy amount of soreness. Determination for the win!
Everyone keeps telling me that the soreness is something normal that I have to work through to get through, but I don’t want to mess up my leg muscles! Any constructive advice is always welcome in my ask box. :)
