Still Tumblin'
Insanity - Day 4

So today’s workout consisted of the recovery stretches. My thighs and feet are still incredibly stiff, so I couldn’t keep up with a lot of the stretches. I did each one at my own pace. Totally skipped the one where you’re squatting and on your tiptoes doing the leg crunching glute exercises. No way would my thighs and feet have had the strength to keep that one going. I’ve got to say… if I wasn’t so determined, I definitely would have thrown in the towel by now. However, my perseverance is keeping me going. Just hope that my body is ready to handle more cardio tomorrow.
